Avon Products CEO Jan Zijderveld recently wrapped up one year on the job as the man charged with turning around one of the oldest names in direct selling.
Zijderveld, a 30-year Unilever veteran tapped in February 2018 to resurrect the struggling cosmetics maker after years of financial turmoil, has made this much clearer in his time as the top boss: Rebooting the company is still a work in progress—and and there’s plenty of work to be done.
